Order Processing

We typically process and ship orders on Tuesday and Friday. If your order is paid until 12:00 on each of these days we'll usually ship them out on the same day. In some cases (for example, illness or excessive heat) there can be delays of 1-3 days. Also note that there can be a delay between marking an order as shipped and the parcel showing up in the tracking system.

Because of the extremely high fees due to the packaging laws in the non-listed countries, we can't afford to deliver to the remaining EU countries. As a small shop, we cannot afford these fees for the time being. Click here for more information.

If you place an order via PayPal, but do not pay within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you have problems paying via PayPal and decide to pay via advance payment, please let us know to avoid your order being cancelled.
