Designed by DW Tas, Manufactured by Fysetc. Crossbow was designed and developed around the A4T, but is intended for
universal for use in printed toolheads that have a flat mounting surface
below the extruder.

40x40x28mm fan for use in the Nevermore Mini. Extremely powerful fan which can be controlled via the PWM pin down to sub-10%. The performance of this fan is extremely high, so is it's noise, hence "The Monster". Mount the fan prior turning it on, it will probably jump at you. This fan is loud, fast and draws 3A at full speed. Using a standard fan output on your controller will probably kill the output, use an appropriate output like a spare hotend output. The datasheet can be found here.Pin Mapping:Red+Black-YellowTachometerBluePWM controlPWM control follows the standard Intel Spec (5V pullup, 25kHz signal). If no signal is given via the PWM input, the fan will run at full speed. Relevant config options for Klipper:tachometer_pin: # Set to the pin you like to use. Omron D2F-01 Microswitch without lever. Suitable for Z-Endstop and the Klicky Probe. Photo shows the regular D2F variant, you will receive the D2F-01 variant
Igus CF9.05.04 cable, suitable for use in 3D printer CAN bus applications. Price per meter. Full length without cut, for example: 2 pcs = 2m.
Important: Measure the required distance yourself, however, 3m should be plenty for both a Trident and v2.4 setup, regardless of the build size and electronics bay routing. The usual rule applies: Measure twice, cut once.
This is a PCB made for Armchair Engineering's Xol Toolhead, featuring:
One hotend cooling fan JST-XH connectors
Two part cooling fan JST-XH connectors
One heater Micro-Fit connector
One thermistor Micro-Fit connector
One Neopixel JST-XH connector
Two auxiliary JST-XH connectors
One extruder motor connector
Selectable fan voltage (5V, Alt, 24V)
Integrated mount for carriage screw
This PCB is not pre-soldered, you need to solder it yourself.
This small open-source controller is used to control your Nevermore StealthMax or Mini using Klipper. You can use CAN or USB, depending on your requirements. It also has connectors, so you can hook up sensors to measure VOCs.
Note that this is designed only for 4 wire fans, where the fan speed is controlled via a separate wire. This board cannot be used with your 2 wire fans or 3 wire fans with tachometer. A suitable fan would be the GdsTime GDP4028.
Note: The connector colors may differ from batch to batch, depending on factory availability.
Features:
1x 4 pin fan connector
2x HW I2C, 1x Optional Sensor Module Mount
1x Neopixel
1x CAN
Installation instructions can be found on the GitHub Repository. Since we test all boards, you can skip steps 1-6.

A compact PCB with SGP40 and BME280 sensors wired in I2C mode and powered with 3.3V. Comes with straight and right-angle pin headers, so you're flexible with the installation.
The I2C address of the BME280 is 119, make sure you configure it as i2c_address: 119 in your software.
To make use of the SGP40 sensor in Klipper, you need an additional module. Installation instructions can be found on the Nevermore Max Repository.
Documentation can be found on GitHub.

The small variant of the OptoTap board, suitable for small printers and solutions like Boop or MetalBoop.
Comes with the Optek OPB666N sensor (rated to 100°C)
Xol Hardware Kit (for Update 2024-06-19)
Includes carriage parts, toolhead mounting hardware and optional hardware. Includes some spare screws and inserts. Note that the screws to mount the extruder are not included, as these vary depending on the specific extruder you use.
The product photo shows the original Xol Kit contents, we try to update the kits as the project progresses.
