Hardware Kit for upgrading your Voron Trident to the latest R2 release.
The required quantities were determined using the Voron configurator with the following settings:
- Direct Feed
- I have a Voron Trident R1 already
- Blind Joints
- 300mm Spec
Since you will reprint many parts, we set the number of M3 heatset inserts to what you would need for a full rebuild, so that you don't need to remove the heatset inserts from your old parts.
You will need the quantities from your old R1 build. If you bought a kit (Formbot/LDO/Siboor etc), you need to compare their screw quantities against the Trident R1 BOM to ensure you have enough screws.
If you want to be on the safe side, we offer a worry-free full screw kit for the Trident R2 build.
You also need at least 4 F695 Bearings - select the desired quantity when adding the product to the basket.

Roll-in nut compatibility
Note that we cannot guaranteee proper fitment of the M3 Roll-in nuts - every extrusion manufacturer makes their extrusions a bit different. European 2020 profiles Type B with 6mm wide slot typically work, as well as those delivered by Formbot. I personally tested those on a Voron 1.8 LDO Extrusion Kit, but I don't know if LDO changed the style of their extrusions.
